Sign in with Discord Username and #
I believe there should have been the option to sign in with the username and number, giving your number more of a use and a security touch I guess. I lost my first discord account because the email that belongs to it was deleted giving no access I have proof of all info but for security reasons discord support cannot help me since I would need to verify with that email. It just seems more logical to sign in with the information you created for that account even if you had an option to do both sign in with email or Username.

I get the number part because people would alreadyknow it unless for some reason discord made everyone have another one, which would not happen.

discord is great i use it all the time its just i wish it would be easier to find things because i forget somethings were they are so i have too look for them witch is not that easy

Ever since this new location thing I'm now kinda hating it i signed u on 2 acc and it says new location detected and it's really annoying

I completely agree with you. I went on a six month hiatus from social media and when I tried using Discord again I couldn’t sign in. I didn’t even change anything beforehand. It kept saying that my email doesn’t exist, so I’ve been emailing Discord for help, but that was pretty much useless. I gave them every detail except the email because apparently it’s not the right one, even though I didn’t change it. Yet they still say they’re not allowed to tell me anything due to security reasons.

I know people can change their username, but hey logging in with current username plus tag number should be an option.
