Bots with custom status without the sentence "playing ..."

In the discord API there could be a "set custom status" function which sets the status of the bot without the sentence "playing ..." before.

  I agree, i am a bot developer and setting the status to "!help" or "Currently in ${client.guilds.size} Servers" without the "PLAYING" before it would be a small but amazing dream come true

  Agreed. There should be a discord.CustomStatus() instead of discord.Game() [Python]

  I just set them to cycle between Listening to !help, watching ## of servers, etc.
