Personal Nicknames

An option to apply a private nickname to someone that only you can see if they change their name or profile picture very frequently. Also a toggleable option to make it either appear as their name in chats or only appears on their profile, so for example when you click on their profile, it would say something like "Name#0000 (aka "Nickname") under their pfp.
