My nitro is lost.

Can I get an explanation? I got a gifted nitro from a friend on november 26, then I extended it with another gift of nitro on december 24. It even said it. Is this my new year gift? Even my friend is sad about it. What is this? SEND HELP. edit: It started to disappear in the middle of nowhere too, the dates don't overlap.
