User mentioning if they're banned

Basically, I think what would be really cool is that you add a cool feature: When a user is banned: we don't really know. We suppose that they are inactive. So what would be good is that if we try to message that banned person: Clyde would reply that this user has been perm or temp banned and if its a temp ban then it will say what time the ban ends and if its perm then it wont show.
