Option to add people to favourite

I want to have something like adding people to favourites so when you talk with a lot of people they don't go away and stay in the favourite list,

somewhere above direct messages and with the option to minimize it,would be really really great!

Adding people to favourites by right clicking them and /> Add to Favourites
