Discord Screen Sharing upgrade

add an option to show the cursor in screen sharing if the user wants to be able to do that (right now the cursor hides during screen share but it shows if you click or drag a window)

Also if the screen sharing is not 1080p allow the user to change the resolution or have an option to

Free Users should still be able to screenshare in 1080p I think at 30 frames per second (at least)
