blocked/unfriended users appearing for invites

whenever i wanna invite people to a dm/server call etc, etc, peoples i have blocked or unfriended that I no longer want contact with, appear as the FIRST people to invite. If i accidentally send an invite, its just an awkward conversation that can be  avoided.

  how about adding a confirmation button or something before it sends the invite when you click on someone. (I have a sensitive mouse/heavy finger, so this would be a great addition imo)

  Would definitely appreciate it if the list stayed up to date with your friends list.
