Need a super basic FAQ for bots

Hi, I run a small discord server for my guild in a game I play. I think I've mostly got the hang of server administration and now I'd like to add a bot.

But I'm having trouble finding information on how to do this. Discord's developer portal seems to assume a lot of knowledge and/or is aimed at people who want to write their own bots? I don't want to write my own bot (I mean maybe someday but not right now), I just want to borrow a bot someone else has built (and made publicly available) and plug it into my own discord server.

I expected there would be a page somewhere of available bots that I can invite to my server... but I'm not finding that.

An official FAQ or "getting started with bots" guide would help a lot. I imagine there are a lot of small-time / casual discord server admins who have similar questions/confusion and could benefit from this. Thanks.

Every discord bot has a link that allows a server admin/server owner to connect the bot
Send me an invite link and i could add a bot to the server if you want to

All you need to do rlly is look up on google or bing Discord bots
But i also know a fun mc style bot called mine kingdom
Its pretty much playing mc but its rng collection and no map to explore

You will need to go to https://top.gg or another bot listing website to get an invite link to somebody’s bot
