Receiving the "Only @mentions" notifications from muted channels

Hi there,

since it's possible to adjust a specific channel's notifications (Use Server Default, All Messages, Only @mentions and Nothing) and it can differ from the Server Default settings, I think we should be able to RECEIVE notifications (when someone mentions our tag) from MUTED channels in case of the "Only @mentions" option marked on.

I assume, that if we are on a PC and we don't want to have the specific channel highlighted + taskbar flashing when a new message is sent to the channel, we mute it. However, after muting the channel all those specific channel's notifications settings (Use Server Default, All Messages, and so on...) are completely USELESS.

I guess, there should be another step in adjusting, after muting the channel. I mean the "All Messages" thing have absolutely no use here, but "Only @mentions" should OVERWRITE the "Mute" option for the specific channel. If we don't want to be notified when mentioned, we can always mark the "Nothing" option.

In my opinion, it's just common logic. Hope you get my point.
