Split Column Option
I frequently post art images into the chat column, and would like an option to split the chat area in two: one side for images and the other for text. Being able to make new channels is great, and I can turn off chat there - but it interrupts the organic flow of people wanting to comment on drawings in the same area instead of channel swapping to do so.
If this is possible it'd be a nice quality of life improvement for those who like to create and post images, thank you for the consideration :>

It would definitely help the flow of conversation for people that specifically share a lot of images, especially art. It would make the chat more like an art gallery where everybody can look at the picture at the same time, but still comment about it without their comments hiding the original image post.

Oh, this is old post but ill continue it anyway. Splitscreen a text channel will be great. This would improve many servers, like the OP mentioned for art. This would make the servers more compact and more clear and in order. To much text channels is an nightmare.
