Discord Sucks

1. The Windows installation prompts me to sign in EVERY TIME! 

WTF is wrong with you and the application?

2. Discord is really, really, overly complicated. 

When someone tells me "JOIN DISCORD" I groan. The interface sucks. Joining a server sucks. It is too damn complicated. 

3. Ventrillo and TeamSpeak had it right.

Can you just make the application simple? I feel like I am on Facebook using Discord. Keep it simple. THIS SHIT SUCKS.

    I find Ventrillo and TeamSpeak overly complicated and confusing. It's all just preference.

    Completely agree with you, the only reason I even have it on my computer is for the select few people that refuse to download TS and join my server.

    The interface is very flashy and at a glance looks nice but it is not very functional (and filled with cringy jokes)... just look on google how many people have asked how you even close the damn application without having to kill it in task manager (great design dev team!).

    Voice activation is sub standard when compared with TS, sometimes it is too sensitive and sometimes it doesn't activate at all.

    Voice quality is very hit and miss also, you can just about bet on someone sounding like a robot randomly each time you use discord.

     

    I would say it feels more like 4chan than facebook.... but I guess that depends on the server....

    I tried this on Windows and my android.  I was not impressed.  This app is so annoying I told my friends I am willing to end friendships if they insist I have to use this.

    whats wrong with being inappropriate on discord, if you don't want to see it then leave the server. also I would take your opinion with a grain of salt as you can't even spell inappropriate right

    I literally want to slam the creator of this programs head off my sidewalk. Way overly complicated. Teamspeak and Ventrilo were leagues simpler and worked much better. I have honestly quit gaming almost completely because of programs like discord.

    there's a setting to make you not sign in automatically, 2, i agree with this, it took me a few weeks or even 1 month to understand but i understood after that, and third, if you think teamspeak and ventrillo got it right, then use them rather than discord, thats all.

    I’ve been out of my account for months and just need my email address to get back in or to figure it out and no support whatsoever from them. Absolutely the worst due to their lack of customer service. They ignore you, and then they ask if your problem is resolved.

    I agree Discord is f'ed up big time.  Whoever the admin is they don't know how to secure a baby pin.
