video chat on Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ looking like a slideshow

Hey! 

So I bought a new phone 3 days ago. And one of the reasons was to use the video chat on discord, cause that is mostly why I use a phone and I bought it cause of the camera.
 
My 4G is 200 down and 150 up and wifi is steady 500 down and 500 up, have tried scaling the video quality from 4k to 1080 and even to 720 but it still looks like, 1 frame per second, I tried different apps and the video chat works fine everywhere else, but I mostly would still like to use video chat on discord!
 
Nothing seems to work and me, myself, can't figure out what is causing this issue.

    Hi! Did you manage to fix the problem? The same happens to me. My video loses many frames. This only happens to me with S10+. I don't understand.
