Custom system sounds for bot actions

Bots should have their own soundset when for example: disconnecting from a voice channel, joining a voice channel, being muted, (potentially messages), ect.

The idea comes from leaving a music bot in a voice channel with friends, not having music to play for a bit, and having it disconnect only to be confused as to who left. Niche use case, but I think it could be a nice aesthetic feature too.

    Terrible idea, really a waste of the devs time for what is essentially a minor issue. Just pay more attention to the chat next time.

    The bots should have a custom sounds, thus we dont have to alt tab just to see that the one disconnected was the bot.
