Make YouTube links able to play at a specified time
For example, I sent the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Co136r7pkTk&t=32s to a channel I am in. When anyone clicks play on the video, it does not start 32 seconds, like the link specifies with "t=32s".

You gotta get the "share" link and put "?t=" and then the number of seconds after it.

I think what Jack means is that you should be able to copy the full YouTube link, and the time function ("t=32s") should still work. The problem with youtu.be links is that although they are intentionally short-handed, it makes it tougher to copy out of the browser and send it along to other friends.
