Change webhook label from BOT to WEBHOOK

  I actually like this, especially if webhooks, bots, and users are interacting together in one channel. But perhaps WEBHOOK is too long. Perhaps, HOOK, like this, and a different color? I like this color, but some might think it clashes. (#a77a79)

  I think this would be a great addition to discord. It would make it so people didn't confuse webhooks for full featured bots.
