Ability to add/manage non-discord games in the Universal Game Library

As many people have Discord open all the time, it would be incredibly useful to be able to add/launch recent games from the universal game library. This can be done on many game platforms already, but most people may not have these applications open as often as Discord, since they're not often used as chat software.

Also, since the universal game library was removed in the recent update, there should be a user setting to make the game library optional, as some people only use Discord for chat.
