Chat Effects

How about chat effects. Something like the confetti that appears when hovering a nitro boost message:
But not just confetti, more types of effects, maybe even with selectable emojis (standart and custom ones).
You would be able to trigger this using a /effect command if you have the permission to. Bots should be able to do this too. Maybe even add the possibility to only grant specific users access to specific effects (like it's possible with emojis using bots) to make this a possible reward for special roles (e.g. nitro boost, twitch subscriber, ...)
Just imagine a Mee6 levelup message but it has some nice confetti around it. Please upvote this suggestion if you want to see this happen and leave your suggestions / additions in the comments, thanks.
