A feature to see how many people have seen a message

So the plan would be a bit like whats sup, it would check how many people have seen the message and then set a little counter with a button which could be like

  I'm assuming you plan for there to be a toggle for this, so people don't have to be shown to have viewed a message?

  Also I can imagine in large servers this would cause a massive storage overhead for Discord, having to store in each message who has viewed it. It's probably not that practical and provides little benefit.

  Good idea, but I would rather make this a channel setting disabled in default.
