Add border to spades & clubs emojis

The :spades: and :clubs: emojis are very hard to see on dark mode.  A white or light colored border would make it much easier to play card games (or games with card-based functionality) on Discord when using dark mode.

Other all-black emojis might benefit from the same, but this is a specific use case of direct relevance to certain games.

  Additionally, several White emojis are very difficult to see in Light Mode (albeit, much fewer than in Dark Mode).

  Note that the white emojis are also in the Text Entry field, nearly invisible.
  

  I only say this to suggest that both Black and White emojis need to be updated, and ought to be revisited at the same time. Personally, I am a Dark Mode user.

  That's a good point SoulKit. I tend to forget that people who use light mode exist.
