Supress @everyone and @here quick access

Sometimes when we're inactive in some servers, unwanted announcements came along or worse trolls spamming @everyone.

Things like this get us annoyed, and we came to a conclusion to mute @everyone and @here but muting can be confusing to some people. They have to go to notification settings which is ambiguous(server or global).

My suggestion is to simplify the steps taken to mute. Learning from Mute Server quick access why don't we put that checkbox option underneath the Mute Server.

With this we can decrease the steps from 3 to 2 clicks and make it less ambiguous to access the server notification setting.

That's it, I hope this will make us more comfortable using the platform.
