Video on Mobile Android App

I opened a ticket in December (6009879) but didn't respond in time to continue pursuing a solution...

When will the mobile client be able to create and post videos? Not only can I not record videos from the Android app, I can't find or select videos from my phone's gallery to post in my chats... frustrating. And I'm assuming streaming video (akin to FB or IG Live) is asking too much... just suggestions/questions.

The previous assistance I was offered from Alain suggested reinstalling the app and restarting my phone. I did both, but no success. It happens in all servers. I'm not sure if I can do it on the desktop client either; it's not the easiest thing to access, if so.
