I am IP Banned from Discord

My discord randomly stopped working so i went to the website to contact support and it says my IP has been banned. Currently I'm using a workaround on my phone just to access this website, but I dont know how to fix or if i can fix. My account isnt banned since i am still able to do everything on my phone, it is just my home IP. What happened and how do i fix it :(
