Are servers with mega.nz as a form to share files legal?

Hello, I'm in a discord server that uses Mega.nz as way to share files, my question is the files that are being shared are pirated copies or direct rips of the cds (mostly artist) being posted in, for an example a channel dedicated for posting said links from mega.nz that host an album from an artist.
is this legal or should I make a report?

    I'm pretty sure you had to agree to https://discordapp.com/guidelines when you sign up. It says

    THE FOLLOWING IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CONTENT REMOVAL AND ACCOUNT DELETION:
