Please add the ability to modify the local volume of other users

This is similar to https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360029347752-API-For-Setting-User-Volume. However, I do not want it for the purpose of a bot. I'd like to be able to use discord for in game VOIP, with 3D Positional Volume. IE, depending on your distance from another player in game, their volume on your client ONLY would be increased or decreased. It would not be server wide. Allowing a api to change this for the client that I'm on only would be amazing. There are many examples of this, one of them being Task Force Radio, for teamspeak. However, I greatly prefer discord for multiple reasons, such as distributed servers, but this is the one thing that is keeping me from writing a plugin to work with discord. Please add this! Thanks!
