Account disabled

My friends account got disabled, and he isnt sure why. He did send an email to support, and has been waiting for around 3 days now. The account has nitro on it and it is 5 years old, what will happen to the nitro?

  I think in case you sent a proper email to the support you should get a reply within 48 hours, not much I can help you with, I'm not the discord staff.
