Report button for Servers, User Profiles and Messages

Discord is in desperate need of a Report button, there's plenty of servers that break Discord's ToS and Community Guidelines everyday and having to go to https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/requests to submit anything shouldn't be a thing unless there's a lot of evidence on a violation you need to give, I've seen servers with plenty of bullying, grooming, Loli/Shota hentai and other illegal content.
Plus i don't think a lot of users actually know they can report via https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/requests.
A "Report Button" would help with that greatly, without having to exit Discord to do so.

This is what i think should be added.

1. "Report Server" Button. 

This would bring up a bunch of options for what you are reporting the server for.
E.g. Let's say if i join a server or i'm invited to a server but it has text channels for Lolicon/Shotacon/Cub content, i could press the drop down menu near the server name or right click the server icon, press the report button and it could have an NSFW section then a "illustrated pornography depicting minors" button.
E.g. -> Report Server -> NSFW -> Report for illustrated pornography depicting minors.

Such a button could be used to report a wide range of servers breaking ToS and Community Guidelines.

 2. "Report User" Button.

Being able to report a single user at practically the click of a button would be a lot easier then exiting discord and going to https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/requests to do the same thing.

An option to provide message ID's and Images for evidence, a minimum of three messages would be a good amount for evidence.

Could be useful when a user is:
- Bullying and Harassment.

- Posting illegal pornography such as bestiality and child pornography.
- Breaking ToS and Community Guidelines.

If i was being harassed by a user i could report them for harassment.
E.g. -> Report User -> Bullying and Harassment.
Then i would provide my evidence.

3. "Report Message" Button.

Would definitely be useful with cases of Bullying and Harassment.
I feel as though you would have to provide more then one message with this one via copying the Message ID's maybe and have it so you need three or more messages of evidence to make the report.

4. "Report User to Mods/Admins" Button.

This would give the ability for someone to report a user to the moderators of a server.
Could be used to notify the moderators/admins of a server that a user is:
- Bullying and/or Harassing someone.
- Breaking the rules of the server.
- Breaking ToS and Community Guidelines.

5. "Report Profile Picture/Icon" Button.

Could be used to report a Profile Picture/Icon that contains:
- CSEM + Loli/Shota/Cub Hentai/Porn.
- Real Gore (like a dead body).

The whole point of this Report button idea is having a quick way to report a Server or a User that is breaking ToS and Community Guidelines without having to leave Discord to do so.
