Fix Auto scroll

In the newest update auto scroll does not occur unless Discord is the active window on you computer. Having 2 monitors is not uncommon, falling behind because Discord thinks it knows best is super annoying.

  Just got the update myself and noticed this as well, I can't keep an eye on text channel now on one monitor and play a game on another if it won't scroll automatically. Really hope this is just a bug and not intended.
