auto scrolling isnt working

i have a monitor i use solely for discord when I'm working so I can read messages from friends while I work, after I updated today I can no longer focus on my work without having to tab out to scroll down, I'd like this reverted so i can multitask without having to write a script for your stupid program. thanks
