Add the ability to unreact in the hover-to-react bar

The new hover-to-react menu on messages is good but I'd like it more if I could unreact with it the same way I reacted using it. i.e by clicking the same emote.

    This will be nice when I start accidentally reacting to things while getting used to the new buttons. Won't have to move my mouse all the way over.
