Let us toggle the reaction popup

I really dislike this new "feature" as i find it just in the way and annoying. Let us toggle to have this or not.

  For all the other new UI features there is nothing to help them.

  The above setting toggle disables seeing the reaction emotes on messages entirely, when a lot of people are fine with and use reaction emotes but dislike the new dialog.

  Yeah, i rather have the "add reaction button", not constantly show the last 3 used at all times.

  It would be nice to be able to opt for the simple emote option without removing all reactions directly

  There was nothing wrong with adding reactions from the context menu, which still exists. This change is too obtrusive.
