Add Changeable Reaction Bar

I see conversations floating around about this topic, so I want to put in my two cents.
Honestly, I do not like the new reaction bar. The colors in the corner of my eye are very distracting, having the background of the message change color is annoying, and I now find it very hard to quickly read messages with two things flicking and changing.
I suggest an option in the settings to allow users to choose what style of reaction bar they would like (because some people have expressed that they like the new layout) between the original bar, the current one, or no reaction bar at all (similar to the potion of reactions not showing).
Finally, the biggest problem for me is the fact that the message background changes color as I move my mouse. It is very distracting and takes me away from the messages I am reading. I am having to re-teach myself how to use discord to avoid that.
