Add Options to renable Dividers between Messages and to Turn Off Emoji Picker on messages

As the title says - new update rolls around, no more divider, a distracting and annoying emoji picker for reactions, and messages that are hovered on suddenly get a darker backgroud. Implementing new features is fine, but let me have the option to customize the experience instead of just removing it for everyone.
