Emoji quick-bar customisation

Please consider letting us choose which emotes we want in the new quick-access selection. That way, people who want it gone can just choose not to show any emoji, while it becomes more useful for people who like to (or want to make a habit of it to) react with specific emotes.

P.S.: I applaud you for the contrast improvements, but keep the strain on regular users' eyesight in mind.

    Yes! I wish I could pick 4 emojis and have them at quick access
