New compact mode

My discord hasn't updated yet, but from all the screenshots I've seen, compact mode has gone from elegant and easily readable to a block of ugly mess. How can I make sure I never get this update?

  You cant, you're as doomed as we are. only way is to put cozy because anyway, it's as compact as the other ... but readable

  i hope that they will fix it.

  This is why it is not recommended to fix something that is not broken
