Discord I love ya, but WHAT is this head-hurting UI?

I admit, this is my first time doing something like this for Discord, but this horrible UI and seeing other folks agree on how horrid it is has pushed me to say something about it.

Can y'all please roll back to the old UI (or offer an option at least), it was absolutely perfect the way it was! Now everything looks super squished and chaotic, and it outright hurts to look at, even when i fiddled with the appearance settings. It makes me feel almost queasy, which is no good since I use it most of the day to chat with friends.

Don't even get me started on the ugly hovering! Having the 3 dots + emoji react button was just fine, why did you have to change it to something so headache and borderline seizure inducing? Pairing that with the lack of lines/spacing makes it even WORSE, and highlights how chaotic everything looks.

I'm even taking issue with the new message indicator (the red line one), it's SO distracting! It's practically neon compared to the old one. The old one was nice since it was still clear, but subtle. It didn't re-grab my attention every few seconds.

I've never really had any problems with discord updates until now, and it hurts to see y'all stumble this hard. Please pick yourselves back up and fix this.
