New UI

It's been driving me insane the last few days trying to figure out what it was but taking out that thin gray line that would be in between responses from different people has made discord extremely hard too look at. There's too much blank space. And the highlighting messages just makes everything distracting. Please consider reverting or adding some kind of toggle
