Smaller margins in new UI cause claustrophobia

Hi, I made a reddit post about this but someone suggested posting in the official forums also.

I superimposed a screenshot of an older comment I made on discord (lower) onto a new comment I made (higher). You can see that the new margins are smaller, so messages begin further to the left, taking up more space of the comment panel, or whatever it is called. I noticed this immediately as I felt claustrophobic as soon as I looked at my discord this morning - the messages all expanding far too far to the left and right, leaving not nearly enough space for... simply, empty space, to exist, the text box comically wide. Margins exist for a reason, they shouldn't be this small. Please revert margins, Discord staff.
