Custom discord clients should be, at least, not bannable

I am perfectly aware of the fact that it's against the TOS, hence why I'm not doing it. But is there really a specific reason to ban accounts that use custom clients, even for just wanting to mod the appearance of their client?

By preventing this, Discord is reducing the ability for people to customize the client without having to request a feature (which, lets face it, 99 percent of things that are suggested won't get added, even as suggestions, since it's previously been stated that they don't want it to look "like a 747 cockpit").

There should either, at least, be some way to fully customize your client, with maybe an advanced mode, or just let people customize it themselves. I am not for unbanning self bots as I am aware those have significant risks, but at the very least, let us have the ability to make our experience our own instead of being forced to use the default UI (which now is even worse, because of the new update)
