Trying to get my money back but I'm ignored

I have requested a refund and been ignored by the discord support for the past 4 days I didn't want to post on a public forum but I don't see any other options why for the last 4 days have I been ignored and denied my refund ?

    No reason in particular forgot to cancel the subscription and since my budget shrunk I need the money back

    That sounds like it's completely on you tho?? They shouldnt have to give you a refund bc you forgot to cancel something lol?

    They will not refund you as you are using the perks in the subscription already, therefore you cannot get it refunded. Next time just cancel it immediately when your budget shrinks

    OK so after 5 days they responded i got my money back 
    @♡ Roxie ♡ It is clearly stated in their rules that they refund after up to 5 days hence why it seemed suspicious in the firsts place
