my pc crashed and discord updated
long story short, my pc blue-screened and discord updated
i didn't WANT to update because the new layout gives me a headache and the constant highlighting does not help.
its so annoying to have every message highlighted whenever i move my mouse, and the quick reaction bar would be fine if it didn't cover text
all in all, my review of this new update scores it around a 3/10
hard on the eyes.
if i wanted to have all the messages squished together i would've used compact mode
