Add support for Discord theme to follow the system's theme

With the introduction of Android 10 and iOS 13, there's now a toggle for system-wide dark theme. It would be great if Discord gets an third option in appearance settings to follow the new dark theme toggle of both OSes

  Good idea. They should add something like this for the desktop version aswell.

  Ah yes I forgot about the dark theme toggle on Windows 10 and macOS Mojave
