Ability to disable default mention on quotes

When using rightclick + quote the message will automatically be built like this:
> [TEXT]
@[USER]

And call me clumsy or whatever but I sometimes hit enter instead of backspace after I quote a message and want to remove the mention due to mentions being super obnoxious when in your face.
Due to this I'd like there to be an option to disable the mention after quote by default

    Please make this happen. Everybody loves the quoting, but the automatic mentioning is just too obnoxious to actually love using it.
