Change title bar behavior for more native handling (Windows)
Current behavior (Windows)
If the window is in full screen and you're dragging the top bar, you mustn't go all the way up with the cursor, since you would go out of the drag area. This results in not being able to move the window. You have to click a second time, a little bit more down, to than move the window.
Expected behavior
The native behavior in Windows is, that you can grab a window at the most upper pixel of the window and drag it. Discord is an exception and somewhat irritating in this.
Please change the styling of the title bar from margin-top to padding-top as shown in screenshot below, to achieve this.

It's frustrating knowing this is a literal one word fix and yet it's been a problem for the entire lifetime of Discord.

Oh my god, to this day Discord still hasn't fixed this. Thank you for informing me that it's even possible to drag it once it's maximized though. Since it doesn't behave like other Windows programs I thought it just didn't work at all.

How is this even possible? How can you not be able to change 1 single css property for over 2 years?
