Cannot delete message containing just a \ by hitting up and deleting it
I just accidentally sent a message containing just \. Just a literal backslash, nothing else. I wanted to delete this message with the keyboard, as that's always faster than using the mouse. I tried hitting up to edit the message and delete the text (what you usually do with the keyboard in this scenario). Instead of selecting the message with the \, Discord selected the immediately previous message that I'd sent. It skipped the message with just the \ so I had to use the mouse to use the context menu to delete it.
It sounds like there's some kind of selection criteria for determining which message to edit / delete and messages with just a \ (and maybe others? haven't subjected my friends to testing) are skipped by this.
I'll concede this is pretty low-priority, but there is the possibility that it's related to some underlying misbehavior that's more important.

In case you were wondering, this is the message I'd sent previously:
Why was the chocobo running? ||Because it was late for wark.||
Just in case it's relevant. :)
