Have discord vanity url for server on level 1

I'm sure not everyone would agree about this but... i would love that if vanity urls where on level 1 instead of having em on level 3, because not everyone have a big server where alot people use their nitro. i do have myself a server with about 18 people and keep growing that but people doesnt use their nitro to boost, so i do it myself, so i find it better to have vanity url for level 1 instead of paying alot of money for keeping it. i'm sure alot other also find it better.
