Trying to report harassment without the message ID

Hey, so ive been trying to report a (very serious) issue about a certain discord server, I went to go and report it for harassment and self harm, and it says I need a Message ID to report it. Yet I cant provide a message ID as im not in the chat anymore, please someone help, this is a serious issue and needs to be dealt with asap.

    I am trying to get assistance with regards to severe harassment and cyberbullying situation, offline and online that's affecting person I know also... I don't know if your report has to do with the same person as mine, but please feel free to message me in case you feel both issues are connected and perhaps we can get both situations resolved faster ASAP.

    The system is very, very flawed. You can't report a user / their actions without a valid message link. On any server, moderating the content correctly (deleting it) is of course the action to take instantly. So you don't have a chance, nor even should have the time, to start copying some links. IMO, the report form should be able to be filled and sent without a message link.
