live feature for players ALREADY INSIDE limited channel

When a voice channel that has user restriction is FULL, the people that are ALREADY IN THE CHANNEL, cannot watch the live session that someone who is ALSO ALREADY IN THE CHANNEL has started.

Can you please make it so that people that have already joined a player restricted voice channel that is full can watch the live feed of another player that is also already in the full voice channel with them?
