Auto Scroll still isnt working

I use a lot of bots in my server, waifubot mudae etc

Whenever one of the bots sends a message or I go through a picture in waifubot it'll scroll it underneath my chat bar or be recognised as a "new" message and refuse to auto scroll even if I'm actively tabbed onto that chat, i saw people complaining before but no response since so maybe i'm just unlucky and mine didn't get fixed
