[Suggestion] option to allowing pings for different roles in notifications.

I think it would highly useful for keeping track of updates since my suggestion is to allow different roles to be allowed to get pinged, making it so you don't have to only suppression @everyone & @here for servers.

This suggestion If it ever gets added will include:

• Option to disable and enable notifications for different roles in servers

(Allowing the user to not get pinged by the other roles, but only by selected roles. No more being pinged by them newcomers in the server, Get all the notifications straight from a server owner/admin or what your heart desires!)

• Instantly block/mute ping sound/message from notifications.

(This will stop the ping , and stop them annoying spammers or from people harassing you in servers. Since them pings are very annoying... ಠ_ಠ)

• Allowing to apply these settings to global (meaning all servers, Allowing the user to make it easy to do it for all servers, so it wouldn't be a hard time, Who wants to sit for a hour going through each and every server just to change a notification option? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

Overall this will be a better & helpful future from people out there being annoy from pings and ETC from notifications & Would love for this to be added. Thought it would be a useful future to bring up for suggestion. If this suggestion hasn't been made already or has been made a future Oh well. It's worth mentioning! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
